Was at the Sweaty Horsebox Sauna this morning, Excellent spot and Really nice well finished hot sauna. 110 degrees wood fired with oiled water to really get the heart racing. Then followed by a cold plunge in the sea. No better way to start your weekend off. Will definitely be heading back.

Great setup close to the entrance to Ballinesker beach for a quick dip between saunas. Have been every week since they opened. Highly recommend.

Great sauna experience so close to the beach! The sauna is kept hot all day and is much better than in a hotel. The crew down there are so helpful and are great craic.

Really amazing service by Ciara and Conor. Lovely location and nice clean warm sauna, perfect for recovery after training and even just switching off the body. Would definitely recommend for a good sweat. Super friendly!

We had a lovely Sunday evening at The Sweaty Horsebox Sauna a few weeks ago. Ciara and Conor you have a deadly sauna it was at nice 90 odd degrees. I am really looking forward to coming back over the winter months to use it again.
