The Sauna Society

Lovely 45 min session on Saturday, beautiful view of the lake and forest from sauna. Helen checked in on us throughout the session to ensure we were well looked after. Plunge pools and bucket drop are great after the heat.

Amazing sauna in the woods right in front of the lake. Very new and fresh, the view is unbeatable. There’s a cold stream right next to it, a bucket with cold water and two cold water baths. Good changing rooms and a seating area for afterwards. And there is a great walk along the lake here too. Highly recommend and will come back!

Highly recommend. The sauna has a lovely view of the trees and lake, thanks to its large window that lets you take in the peaceful scenery while relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
