Serenity Sauna and Ice Baths

We had a fantastic time at the sauna out in Moat. The sauna itself was perfectly hot and spotlessly clean, creating a really relaxing atmosphere. The ice bath was a refreshing highlight – we all loved it! The reception staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating escape.

Amazing place! The scenery is perfect. Facility’s are clean and the ice baths are exactly as they should be. Was greeted by friendly staff which always adds to the experience. I would highly recommend Serenity saunas and ice baths to anyone interested in this therapeutic treatment or to anyone new to ice bath therapy. 10/10 from me

I have always had an amazing experience at serenity sauna and ice baths! The staff are very friendly and helpful 👏 . At my last session I was unaware of the great facilities available nearby as I had to ask to use the bathroom. I got a great couples offer and it was a great new experience for my partner, who had never been before she also would highly recommend! 💯

A perfect place to unwind and recharge. The facility is clean. The atmosphere is peaceful, calm, and relaxing. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking to rejuvenate their mind and body.

Have started to use this place regularly in last 2 months, lovely spot, well run. And fair play to Alex running a good show, and very accommodating. Will definately be using again regularly.
