One of the best saunas and cold plunge places in Dublin. A little oasis of peace and tranquility. Well organized, clean and friendly staff!

Best overall sauna experience in Dublin in my opinion. Both the big and small things are nailed on the head - sauna is perfect temperature in and around 90 degrees. Cold plunge is clean and refreshing around 6/7 degrees. The surroundings are awesome with the spruce treees and natural grass, it makes you feel like you’re on retreat. Location is perfect just outside the city centre and don’t have to travel too far in the car to get a heat. And a lovely warmwelcome from staff also was the cherry on top. Great job lads, well done

Super location, very clean facilities. Modern sauna, good changing facilities. Ice baths wer amazing with different temperatures. Also nice to see them being cleaned as people were finishing
