Great experience here. Fantastic silent and public saunas and ice baths to unwind in a really chilled out environment. Friendly and helpful guy working at the desk, too. One comment, it's a little hard to find at night time, so maybe stick a sign on the corner! Some loyalty stamp cards/Squid app would be appreciated too. Thanks team, will be back!

Very nice sauna in Rathmines! It’s not super big but that’s actually nice because it doesn’t feel too crowded. The set up is nice and clean and the two sauna’s are great. I only wish their cold plunges would be deeper cause when you’re a tall guy like me, you’ll only be able to get water to your waist. I went while the sun was going down and it was super cosy and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

Amazing sauna in Rathmines! My partner and I are new to saunas and when we mentioned this to Connor he made sure we had the best experience. He was SO friendly and so helpful explaining everything to us and checked in on us along the way. Huge shoutout to him for being so kind and helpful.

So lovely to have a new sauna in Rathmines. Plenty of parking, changing facilities available, and with two saunas to choose from, it never feels overcrowded. Also shoutout to our favourite host Eve, who is amazing with everyone and always distracts us from the cold plunge with a good laugh!
