The Sea View Sauna Shroove

We spend our morning down in shroove we went as 2 couples for a cold water dip and then 30 minutes in the seaview sauna the location and the view from the sauna is what makes is so special, its so relaxing whilst looking out at sea and gives you feel good vibe! I couldn't recommend it enough and we definitely won't be strangers.!

.. It is very convenient that there is a beach nearby, where after the sauna you can cool off in the ocean) There is a place where you can change clothes, after the sauna drink tea, sit at the table and watch the fur seals. They are frequent guests. Near the lighthouse and there is a trail where you can climb and see everything from the mountain where there is a more open ocean, beautiful waves and beautiful rocks. There are surfers here. Who wants to learn how to sing this place is suitable for them, for professionals this beach is small. The minus is that there is no toilet in such a place

We had a fantastic day, the sauna was clean, spacious and had the most beautiful view. The lady was really friendly and helpful. We booked for an hour, going from sauna to the sea for a swim. The time went by very quickly. We arrived early however there was no problem. I would definitely recommend. We will be back for more of the same 😄

I run a social group and planned a day trip. We booked the sauna in advance and got the ferry over. Everyone enjoyed the day even though it was raining! The sauna was lovely and hot with a great view. Communication with the host was easy and professional. I’ve a return ticket for the ferry and plan to come back another day throughout Summer just with my partner…. After planning a trip for 20 people it’s MY time next to totally relax ♥️

It was a windy and rainy morning - but we had the best 30 minutes experience - great welcome and set up, quick sauna before a bracing dip in the sea, repeated twice over and feel absolutely brilliant! Can highly recommend and can’t want to do it all over again! Well done to all involved 🤗
