Cocoon Sauna

The Cocoon Sauna and swim.is now part of my weekly recovery and it does just that, helps you recover from life's stresses in a stunning setting. I.love that the sauna is right beside the water. Very quick access between the sauna and cool ocean. Claire and Eli are incredible hosts. The sauna is kept super clean. The wood fire is well topped up and on a miserable day outside it's incredible to sit in this nurturing heat. The view, the lovely touch with the essential oils, the authentic calm of Claire and Eli all lend for an incredible restorative experience. Highly recommend.

Nicest sauna I've been to in Ireland. Very kind people running it. They really put in extra effort, cleaning between customers, and adding thoughtful touches, like putting essential oils in the water. They make sure to consistently check the fire to keep it going, so it is nice and toasty in there. Gorgeous setting too! I came back the next day for a second go!

The sauna is beautiful!! Its located right at the end of the pier which makes getting into the water very easy (there are steps down to the ocean).. One hour is the perfect length of time - going between the heat of the sauna and the cool refreshing water in the sea! Eli and Claire are very kind and helpful. The view from the sauna is amazing, very peaceful and just all round breath taking! Even on a cold day this would be a great activity to get out of the house!

Fantastic experience , would definitely recommend. So relaxing! Great views from inside the sauna . Lovely and clean, very well kept . Brought my 3 friends this time and all agreed it was an amazing experience . It was a very wild day which added to the experience. Huge thanks to Eli and Claire for making the experience possible.
