The Nook Sauna

Great sauna. Best sauna in Ireland at a great location. The sign of a great sauna is when pouring water on the rocks you are surrounded by soft heat. Some saunas after pouring water on you have hot harsh heat you can feel on top of head and ear lobes. Not here, so you can completely relax and breathe. With the cold tub, river and beautiful scenery you can sweat out the stress of the week and slow down. I highly recommend visiting.

I haven't try it yet,as I am a constant sauna goer,,,,it's not far from where I live,,and keep hearing the good reputation of the place,,,I shall again make my remarks Dyer I have my experience about this place...
