Fantastic Sauna Experience - Relaxation at its Best! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Soul Sauna, and it was hands down one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences I've had in a while. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a serene atmosphere, warm lighting, and a welcoming, calming atmosphere. The sauna itself was immaculately clean, with just the right temperature settings that gradually ease you into a state of total relaxation. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable and fully informed on how to maximize the benefits of the experience. After a long week, this was exactly what I needed to de-stress. They also offer a cooling-off area and comfortable seating to enjoy a nice transition from the heat. Overall, the experience was flawless from start to finish. If you're looking for a serene escape and an authentic sauna experience that leaves you feeling utterly relaxed and revitalized, I highly recommend Soul Sauna! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Highly recommend Soul Sauna! The location is beautiful, tucked away in the walled gardens at Ballykilcavan with gorgeous countryside all around. Alex and Stephen are fabulous hosts– super friendly and make you feel right at home. It’s the perfect way to chill out and reset before a hectic week. Highly recommend!

Alex and Steven were brilliant - they came to set up the sauna and had it piping hot in no time. The sauna was lovely and fitted 10 - we took turns to use the plunge pools, which had a handy thermometer. Great service, lovely people and we will be booking again!

Fabulous hot sauna, very clean cold water from the local well in the plunge pools, and gorgeous peaceful location among the trees, but close to road and easily accessible! Absolute delight to have nearby. Alex and Steven were very friendly and professional. Will be coming back!
