Myself & a few friends visited The Hot Box Sauna this morning (24.02.25) - Wow an Absolutely Fabulous experience!! It was my first time visiting & I'm already planning & looking forward to my next visit. I'm making this a regular "treat" as it's so well organised & relaxing. The area is welcoming, safe & clean, with wonderfully friendly staff & ample parking. The changing facilities are fab, there's two wooden, individual cold plunge pools that are entered by study wooden steps & a shared cold jacuzzi, again entered by strong steps. There are also two outside cold showers & plenty of sitting to relax & chill. I believe I also seen a fire pit area. The steel steps into Carlingford Lough waters for cold swims, are super safe & allow for easy access & egress. The actual shared sauna experience is amazing with all three saunas having one floor to ceiling glass window, giving off the scale views of your glorious surroundings. Truly a wonderful experience that can be shared with friends, family or as a solo guest. Bathrooms can be found at the nearby shared site of local Marina in the main carpark.

This sauna has the most amazing view! 🤩 And I've visited many all over the world 😉 You can enjoy the stunning view over Carlingford Lough and Mourne Mountains while relaxing in one of two sauna hot boxes. Cosy changing rooms and very helpful staff 😊

I had the most amazing time visiting the Hot Box Sauna in Carlingford the staff are so lovely and helpful. The facilities were fabulous they were well kept and clean the steps down to the sea were not slippery and had grips which is a bonus. They also provided crocs to me as I had forgotten to bring mine .Overall my experience here was a 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to unwind:)

What an amazing sauna and swim experience here. I went at the end of November and during high tide. There are 2 saunas and a hot tub on-site and changing rooms with parking out the front. We used the two saunas and both were very good. I particularly enjoyed the steps down to the sea into the water. We went at high tide to get the most from this part. It was very enjoyable and a great set up. Would highly recommend it
