I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tide Side Sauna and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The facilities were immaculate, with modern and well-maintained amenities that truly elevated the experience. The sauna itself was perfect — the temperature was just right, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and rejuvenating. Overall, Tide side Sauna exceeded my expectations in every way. Tide Side Sauna is a great addition to Glin & Kilteery Piers!! I started using the sauna after yoga class this summer and benefitted so much that I’ve continued to use it along with my swim, I love switching from sauna to swim a few times during my session. Give it a go!!!
