Sauna Suaimhneas

I love enjoying the sauna with Sauna Suaimhneas! The team are so lovely and always so responsive and accommodating. The sauna itself is amazing. Its clean, modern and the views from inside are incredible - there is always good vibes and good music. I'm living in London, but take a visit whenever I'm home. I also attended the 'Suaimhneas Fun Run' recently, hosted by Ashling... great initiative. We ran 3KM, swam in the sea, and finished off in the sauna... what a great start to the morning. Thank you Sauna Suaimhneas !!!

We had a lovely time in the sauna at Lahinch! It was nice and hot and also very clean. The owner was also very kind and helpful, I left my water bottle at the sauna and the owner got it back to me which was really appreciated! Would definitely do this again 👍🏼

Had such a great experience at the saunas in white strand. Aisling was very welcoming and ensured we were well taken care of. Highly recommend if you are taking a trip to the coast.

Absolutely love this sauna! It’s one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences I’ve ever had. Niamh and Ash are incredible hosts, always so warm and welcoming, and they even come in with essential oils that take the experience to another level. They set up in different locations during the week, but they’re usually at White Strand on Sundays—the perfect spot for a cold dip in the sea followed by the warmth of the sauna. The setup is so peaceful, with a beautiful glass panel that lets you enjoy stunning ocean views as you warm up. It’s the ultimate way to relax and recharge, especially with such a serene backdrop. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique way to unwind. Can’t wait to go back!

What an amazing facility in the most beautiful location! My brother and I, had the pleasure of going to Sauna Suaimhneas in the Whitestrand today! Thank you to Aisling, who was so lovely, kind and accommodating, which really added to such a pleasant experience!! ❤️
