This was my first time experiencing this sauna on a beautiful sunny day, and I must say—it’s a 10/10! I've only ever used leisure centre saunas before, so this felt like a truly authentic experience. The hostess was lovely and guided me through the entire process, which made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this sauna to anyone looking for a genuine and relaxing experience!

We just loved this sauna. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location overlooking the River Barrow, and I loved rotating between the plunge pool and sauna. Finished off our day with some coffees at neighbouring Barrow Brew. A definite hidden gem.

Incredible experience. Greeted before entering and given info on the sauna,temperatures and procedures. The sauna and plunge pool were clean,tidy and well maintained. The surroundings and view was breathtaking. Such an amazing experience and extremely affordable. I would highly recommend and will be returning.
